Christian Griffith joins the podcast as our fourth male guest. He is currently on the road in Colorado running across the country on a mission called Run2Heal. He is changing the narratives around child sexual abuse running and speaking across the country. Christian is a survivor himself of child sexual abuse from both his mother and men.

During the episode, Christian goes into the staggering numbers of those that are sexually abused as children. I have known Christian since 2012 or 2013 as he was one of the co-founders of Obstacle Racing Media and we have traveled to various countries together for races. We have worked together on Fuego y Agua so when he wrote about his abuse I was shocked to find out this part of his story.

On the outside, he was what most would consider a total bro, but on the inside, his demons were eating him alive. He talks about all of this on the podcast. How mile after mile of his transatlantic run he is slowly reshaping his own story, helping reshape the conversation of child sexual abuse, and trying to make a better world for his newborn daughter to grow up in.

This is a powerful episode and might be a trigger for some people who have experienced abuse in their past. A huge thank you to Christian for opening up and being so honest about his journey, his story, and check out the links below to learn more about Run2Heal and his mission.

Leanne Vogel is back on the podcast this week! Leanne was last on the podcast (Episode 30) talking all about her book The Keto Diet, and Keto for women. Since recording with her she and her husband have moved out of their house and into a large RV. We caught up with her while she was in Ohio and about to head out on her second book tour.

In this episode, we chat about maintaining Keto for the long haul. Where fruit can fit into a keto diet, if at all. We chat about some of the challenges of staying in the Keto lifestyle while constantly on the road and traveling. Leanne also chats about why we need to all be a little softer on ourselves if we slip up. Actually, she says there is no falling off the wagon and talks about changing that mindset.

I ask her about sugar alcohols and other low glycemic sweeteners. Also what she sees for the future of Keto as it has become more popularized in the mainstream, on health podcasts and other media. It's an information packed episode.

Leanne is always one to speak her mind when it comes to health and nutrition. Her bestselling book The Keto Diet and popular podcast The Keto Diet Podcast offer realistic approaches for both men and women to maintain a balanced fat fueled diet.

It was a pleasure catching up with her for this episode. For Patreon supporters we have the whole video conversation available there as well as two PDF's - How to Start Keto and 5 Proven Ways to Stop Cravings and Carb Addition free for all our Patreon supporters. Natalie Ross helps lightworkers and shadow hunters to align with their truth and embody their magic and medicine. Her podcasts, Dream Freedom Beauty and Self Care Club, are a wake-up call from the Universe for people who have spent years trying in vain to fit in and conform to the status quo.

Natalie helps her people to know that they're not crazy, no matter how much it feels like their lives are falling apart. She helps people understand that they're ditching their old programming to rebirth themselves, and that’s some weird, confusing, hard shit to process. If you’re going through an inner revolution, you don’t have to do it alone.

In the podcast, we chat about Natalie's work, how she tapped into self-care at a young age, starting her podcast, and where she is going with her two podcasts, coaching, and other work.
