Ashley Seeger is an endurance athlete and coach. With a short life in the OCR world (about 3 years) she was quick to take on some serious events. Finding out endurance was her thing she took a liking to the longer events. She was a personal trainer since 2008 and since then have evolved into a coach for OCR and continue to run her business, Becoming Badass, a gym/bootcamp to help everyone get out of their comfort zones. Coming back from ACL reconstruction last March, and is am determined to make a serious comeback!
On the podcast, Seeger shares her story of overcoming an alcohol addiction and what it was like to hit rock bottle and build herself back up in a healthy and inspiring way. She is candid and open about her past sharing the details openly and honestly. Her story is a powerful one of coming back and turning your life around for the better.
