Kate Logan joins the podcast this week to talk about her journey through life. Logan a Vermonter made international news as a teenager after a graduation speech she gave in the late 90's. This speech turned into an offer from Playboy Magazine which she turned down. She speaks in this episode about that experience as well as the importance of ritual in modern society as well as her time studying Yoga in Ibiza, Spain and teacher training with Godfrey Devereux and Shiva Rea, and Ayurvedic Healing and Medicine in India at The International Academy of Ayurveda in Pune, India. She is also a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Cookery in NYC.
